Exploring the Research Landscape with Dimensions
An overview of and orientation to the Dimensions platform. Dimensions, a Stanford University resource, is an interlinked global database containing over: 124 million publications, 11 million datasets, 6 million awarded grants, 141 million patent records, 650,000 clinical trials and 743,000 policy documents. This session will cover the contents of the database, a basic orientation to navigation and features, and some common queries (eg. finding potential funders, collaborators and suitable journals for submission)
