Banned Books Week D-CORE Celebration
Join Lane Medical Library and the Diversity Center of Representation and Empowerment, or D-CORE, as they celebrate the American Library Association's Banned Books Week 2022.
Light refreshments will be served, and there will be a raffle to win one of the Top 10 Most Banned Books of 2021 purchased from Marcus Books in Oakland.
To sponsor a book for the event, complete the sponsorship form. Books sponsored before September 9th will be inducted into D-CORE the collection and made available to be checked out at the Banned Books Event on Wednesday, September 21st.
Please be sure to bring your Stanford University or Hospital ID badge and be prepared to show it at the Information Desk upon entering the library.
